Return Policy

Please choose carefully before you buy. Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer an exchange or refund policy due to change of mind

For faulty products, we offer a 90 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.


If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

If you need to organise a replacement of faulty goods please email us at orders@chastitycage.com.au and we will get back to you within 2 business days maximum. In your email please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • A minimum of three clear images showing how the product is faulty
  • Your instructions whether you would prefer a refund or replacement
  • Please ensure the products are clean before they are returned

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and discounts
Discounts will not be honoured if your order no longer meets the minimum criteria for the discount application. If your return/refund is accepted, your order total will be calculated and the difference between the original and discounted total will be deducted from your refund.

An example of this would be accidentally ordering the wrong item or buying more than one copy of an item on accident. Please double check your cart before checking out to avoid this happening.

Faulty product refunds are exempt from this and the discount will still be honoured.
